Matured in ex-Bourbon, Oloroso, and PX sherry casks, it offers a layered flavour experience shaped by the Atlantic air of the Skellig Coast. A bold tribute to Ireland’s signature whiskey style.
Tasting notes 🥃
The nose opens with toasted oak, warm spice and honeycomb. On the palate, rich layers of dried fruit, vanilla pod and cracked pepper unfold. The finish is long, silky and slightly briny, with a sherry-soaked linger that reflects its coastal ageing and triple-cask depth.
