ÉLALA Reposado undergoes a 9-hour agave cooking process to ease sugar extraction. Crushed piñas release their juice and begin a journey of transformation in virgin oak barrels for 4 months. Embraced by fresh wood, it whispers notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. An elixir that honors ancient traditions and careful craftsmanship.
