Skellig Six18 Gin is an Irish small-batch artisanal gin distilled and hand-finished in Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry. Built around a blend of wild, local botanicals, which are sourced from coast, woodland and sea, this gin is crafted to reflect the character of the Skellig Coast. A food-friendly gin developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Ross Lewis.
Tasting notes 🍸
A bright, herbaceous gin with piney juniper at its core. Dillisk lends a subtle maritime minerality, while Douglas Fir brings citrus and pink grapefruit notes. Yarrow adds a bittersweet citrus-anise edge, birch contributes a mild caramel tone. Smooth and layered, with a fresh, coastal finish that balances savoury and sweet.

Skellig Six18 distillery is based on the rugged coast of County Kerry, just miles from the iconic Skellig islands. Inspired by the grit and grace of its namesake journey - 618 steps to the top of Skellig Michael - they craft spirits rooted in place and purpose. Modern Irish whiskey, made with edge and intention.
