MOELLE blev født, da jeg arbejdede i træproduktion og så, hvor meget af et træ der gik til spilde, når kun omkring 30% blev brugt som tømmer. Smukke, små stykker teaktræ blev efterladt, fordi de ikke levede op til perfekte standarder. Det fik mig til at gentænke alt. Ved at kombinere min kærlighed til mad, ren livsstil og gennemført design opstod MOELLE – og i dag har jeg glæden af at præsentere en kollektion af essentielle produkter skabt til at holde, næres og inspirere.
